Congratulations!!

My hubby entered the county fair's cake decorating competition this week with a 2 1/2 foot high cake sculpture of a bride and groom dancing on a hardwood ballroom floor and (drum roll please)....

He won first place!!

I'm so proud of him. It makes the Cake Siege worth it.

  1. Wow. These are really cool. He's like that guy on the food network who carves up cake with power tools, isn't he?

  4. That is an awesome cake. But I'm the only one that knows the secret to making something so great. One must play with Barbies to fully understand.

  5. Thanks!

Yes, I use plenty of power tools when I make cakes as well. I mean really, why bother unless somebody might lose a limb in the process! :-)

And as for you, The Blue Warrior Muffin of Doom, my Barbie can kick your muffin patootie!!!!!
